Elite Teams

ELITE Teams are top quality players chosen through a tryout process from our  regional athletes that belong to our regional programs under the Go2Sports umbrella.

Post

ELITE focus is to combine the best of the best from regional teams in order to give athletes an extra opportunity to play at an ELITE level. Athletes selected for ELITE are guaranteed a spot on their regional team as well! This is an additional recruiting opportunity for our high school players and an additional showcase opportunity for our middle school teams.

Tournament Schedule

Mid Atlantic, July 18-20

National Lax Fest October 22-26

NXT Fall Continental November 14-15

The ELITE Showcase teams are composed of our top players across all regions from ULTIMATE Lacrosse Princeton, NJ (NJ), Philadelphia, PA (PA), Chester County, PA (CC), Chapel Hill/Raleigh, NC (CAR), and Charlotte, NC (CLT) Minnesota (MN), and from PRIDE Lacrosse in Virginia (VA). These teams play in additional tournaments throughout the Fall and Summer. The additional tournaments do not conflict with Regional Tournaments. This is a great way for players to have additional exposure to college coaches at top recruiting tournaments and to play with top players from other Regions they may not otherwise be exposed to.

Yes. ELITE is a highly competitive and nationally recognized program and we are consistently adding top talent to our teams each year. OUR ELITE teams include some of the best players at ULTIMATE and PRIDE, across all regions. ELITE offers showcase teams at graduation years 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030, and 2031. Tryouts for these teams take place each summer for the following year.

We do plan to have two teams at some levels given the talent pool and demand for the experience.

No. Because ELITE Tryouts are prior to our Regional Tryouts, if you make the ELITE team at your age group, you will automatically be guaranteed a spot on a Regional team. However, because the ELITE teams are the best players of each of our regional teams, a deposit must be placed on BOTH teams to hold your spot. All ELITE team members must play for their Regional teams.

We do ask that you still attend your regional tryout date so that we can evaluate players against our current best.

Our ELITE teams will participate in two fall tournaments and one summer tournament. ELITE tournaments will not interfere with Regional team tournaments. Players are expected to attend all ELITE tournaments and activities.

No. The Regional vs. ELITE tournaments are deconflicted by the leadership team so players can be fully focused and perform at their best.

ELITE Team Camp is a new initiative for the 2025 - 2026 season. Players will attend mandatory team camp the weekend of August 21 - 23, 2026.

We are hosting our team camp for our ELITE team for several key benefits including team chemistry and cohesion, system and strategy implementation, skill development and exposure to high-level coaching. We want our players to know their teammates and to have worked with them extensively prior to the tournament circuit. We also want our Directors and coaches to be very familiar with each player's style of play so we can know how best to showcase them at the ELITE tournaments.

We have invited college coaches and pro players to coach our players and we will share these coaches as they are confirmed. The networking and recruiting opportunities will provide exceptional exposure for our top players.

We are aiming to create a structured and fun environment where players can quickly gel, improve, and prepare for ELITE competition - leading to a stronger, more cohesive team when it matters most!

The ELITE Showcase format means practices will be held the day before each tournament at or near the tournament location.

For example, the ELITE 2027 Team will have a tournament on Saturday and Sunday in PA. Players and coaches will arrive Friday late afternoon for a Friday night practice at the tournament location to prepare for the weekend games. Practices typically start at 6:00PM. By structuring the calendar this way, players will be able to practice and bond with their teammates before their games, while reducing travel time and costs for families.

Teams will have one practices in the fall and one practice in the summer the day before each corresponding tournament.

NO REFUND AND FINANCIAL POLICIES

We are committed to providing a high-quality travel lacrosse experience for all players and families. Our No Refund Policy ensures that we can effectively plan, secure resources, and maintain the integrity of our program. Please review the following policy carefully before committing to participation.

NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS

All registration fees, team dues, deposits, and payments are non-refundable.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal, including but not limited to:

  • Injury or illness
  • Schedule conflicts
  • Changes in personal circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with playing time, coaching, or team placement

If you cannot attend the tryout we will evaluate you for a position on the team based on a written evaluation from your regional team coaching staff, and based on your full performance of the Summer.

Athletes are invited to the team by position and that will be clear in the invite and Team Snap assignments. Our roster will be capped at 21. We try to take 6 defenders, 6 attackers, and 6 midfielders, a Wild Card Player (can be any position) and up to 2 goalies.
